The Allstate Foundation Relationship Abuse Partner Gathering was a five-day wellness and strategic planning conference held in San Francisco, CA for national leaders of domestic violence resource centers. The 2024 gathering prioritized wellness, rest, and rejuvenation, providing space for collaboration and forward-thinking initiatives to better support survivors of relationship abuse.

Challenges We Experienced

As a deeply impactful convening centered on both strategic planning and healing, the gathering required a delicate balance between logistical excellence and a restorative atmosphere. Challenges included:

  • Designing a high-touch experience for a small but critical group of leaders in the field
  • Coordinating vendors and activities aligned with a wellness-focused agenda
  • Ensuring seamless logistics and guest accommodations for a weeklong event
  • Delivering impactful content while avoiding the stress of over-programming

The Approach We Took

Events Unleashed provided full-service event production, working closely with the Allstate Foundation and partner organizations to create a thoughtful, wellness-centered conference. Our team focused on delivering logistical ease and curated experiences by:

  • Managing hotel block procurement, ground logistics, and speaker coordination

Held in June 2024, the five-day event welcomed 40 attendees from national domestic violence organizations. Key aspects of execution included:
